It is only natural that most people that are seeking moving services are nervous and tense during the process. I mean there are so many things that can go wrong, from the sale of a house falling through, not able to get time off from work, finding a professional mover that wont force them to break the bank to pay for their move.
I tell every estimator or moving agent that goes to do a initial survey for a move that not only have they got to convince the client that they have the knowledge to do the job but, they also have to make the clients feel reassured that they understand what they are going through and that they are putting the responsibility of their move in safe hands.
At the end of the day no one wants to be let down at the last minute. Especially on moving day.
